Paving & door installation in atrium area
Corridors, walls, ceilings & staircases decoration
Lift commissioning ongoing
Block B
Walls & ceilings in common areas
Floors – 3rd floor apartments
Decoration to various apartments, 4th floor
Kitchens, bathrooms & tiling, 4th - 6th floor
Electrical & mechanical 2nd fix, various apartments
Installation of balconies continues - delayed from last week due to high wind
Block C
Finals & decorations to various apartments
Snagging – ground floor
Bathrooms & kitchens - various apartments
Lift commissioning
Installation of security controls to common areas
Tiling floors in lobby area*
Otto Close Houses
External cleaning & snagging, internal walls, scaffold strike - houses 1-4
Zinc to low level roof, Roof tiling, internal dry-lining, mechanical & electrical setting out - houses 5-11
Otto Close Pitch
External brickwork & installing padstones completing
Installation of pre-cast concrete floor *Mobile crane due Wednesday 23 July

Scaffold collection planned for morning of Tuesday 22 July (Otto Close)
A mobile crane will be on site Wednesday 23 July to install the concrete floor planks to the pitch, which we expect to take up to 2 days. It will be parked next to the pitch so should not affect access to Otto Close.
Note/Future works
Weekend works: We will be working to tile the entrance lobby to block C on Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4pm. These are quiet works and will not affect residents and have been agreed with the Council.
