Brickwork to 3rd & 4th floor
Lift installation
Tiling - ground floor bathrooms
Boarding of corridors & joinery installation, 1st floor
Baths & kitchen plumbing, lights & switches - 1st & 2nd floor
Mist coating, 2nd floor
Ceiling boards & plastering, 3rd floor
Brickwork and blockwork to roof ongoing
Installation of duct to roof void

Block B

Perimeter brickwork, 2nd floor
Internal walls, 1st - 2nd floor
Screed to 4th floor
Party walls & masonry support, 5th floor
External boarding & windows, 5th - 6th floor
Roof blockwork (4th floor) & waterproofing (6th floor)

Block C

Brickwork, 2nd & 3rd floor
Wall insulation & ductwork - lower ground floor
Mechanical & electrical testing & sign off, ground floor
Mechanical & electrical services first fix, 2nd & 3rd floor
Roof blockwork & brickwork (4th floor) & waterproofing (3rd floor)

Otto Close

Scaffold birdcage, 1st & 2nd floor, houses 1-4
Brickwork & blockwork to 1st floor and target scaffold to 2nd floor, houses 5-7

Deliveries

There is a scaffold delivery expected in Otto Close around 9am on Tuesday 7 January which is expected to take around 2 hours to offload.

Notes/Future works

We have been advised by UKPN that electrical connection works on Sydenham Hill will start from 8 January 2025 and will involve a single lane road closure.
