Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place for the next week in connection with Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Landscaping works continue – topsoil and paving - see note and plan below
Brickwork on pathway between Lammas Green & Otto Close - the pathway remains closed

Deliveries

Several deliveries (landscaping and drylining materials). These will all be offloaded quickly and the vehicles can be moved if required.

Note/Future works

Bus stop relocation (by TFL contractors): We are still awaiting the start date from TFL which will not be before w/c 3 November.
Landscaping works: From 27 October, landscape remediation works will begin in the main grassed area to clean up and make the ground safe before landscaping. During this time, the internal paths will be closed - see photo/plan below.
Weekend works: Please note that the works listed above will take place on Saturday until 1pm.
On Saturday afternoons and Sundays, the following quiet works will take place: Internal cleaning at Bean Tree Court and Soft Landscaping.
We would like to apologise for the noisy works which took place last Sunday. We have reminded contractors that any cutting must stop at 1pm on Saturday and not take place on Sunday.
