Monday 16 - Friday 22 June; Saturday 23 June (08.00 – 13.00)
Bean Tree Court, Block A
Snagging & finishing to all apartments ongoing, followed by cleaning & inspection
Lift commissioning continues
Connections of lights to corridors & stairwells
Ductwork installation on the roof
Paving to terraces
Landscaping to perimeter
Block B
Decoration to 1st floor & 2nd floor apartments
Kitchens & tiling, 3rd – 5th floor
Plastering, 6th floor
Curtain walling installation to atrium including glass
Scaffold strike to perimeter continues
Remedial work to slab in cycle store
Block C
Soffit install to undercroft walkway
Corridor ceiling finishes
Final decorations to various apartments
Tiling to bathrooms & kitchens – various apartments
Electrical 2nd fix various apartments
Flooring, ground & lower ground apartments
Otto Close
Brickwork snagging, scaffold strike, internal walls first fix - houses 1-4
Roof tiling, scaffold strike, rear windows, internal walls first fix - houses 5-7
Zinc dormas, roof tiling – houses 8-11
Pitch
Demolition works continue – main slab removal has started - see updated timeline attached below
No works to pitch on Saturday
Deliveries
We are not expecting any large deliveries next week.
Fire Drill
We will be carrying out a fire drill on Thursday 19 June – the muster point is on Sydenham Hill outside the gate
