Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 9 June 2025 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Monday 9 - Friday 15 June; Saturday 16 June (08.00 – 13.00)
Bean Tree Court, Block A
Snagging & finishing to all apartments ongoing, followed by cleaning & inspection
Lift commissioning continues
Installation of light fittings, switches & sockets to corridors & stairwells
Ductwork installation on the roof
Paving to terraces
Landscaping to perimeter
Block B
Generator delivery and installation
Decoration to 1st floor apartments
Pre-decoration snagging 2nd floor
Kitchens & tiling, 3rd & 4th floor
Plastering 5th floor apartments
Doors & skirting, 6th floor
Curtain walling installation to atrium including glass
Scaffold strike to perimeter continues
Hoist removal
Block C
Final decorations to various apartments
Tiling to bathrooms & kitchens
Electrical 2nd fix various apartments
Plastering 2nd floor vaulted ceiling apartments
Flooring, 3rd floor apartments
Otto Close
Brickwork snagging, scaffold strike, internal walls first fix - houses 1-4
Roof tiling, rear windows, internal walls first fix - houses 5-7
Zinc dormas, roof tiling, staircase installation – houses 8-11
Pitch
Demolition works continue
No works to pitch on Saturday
Deliveries
Scaffold Collection in Otto Close, Tuesday 10 June (expected 10am–12pm)
Delivery of excavator to the pitch on Wednesday 11 June (morning). The pitch entrance will be blocked for several hours, but pedestrian access will remain available.
