Sydenham Hill Estate Weekly Works Update: w/c Monday 2 June 2025

Dear Neighbour,

Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 2 June 2025 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 2 - Friday 6 June; Saturday 7 June (08.00 – 13.00)

Bean Tree Court, Block A

  • Snagging & finishing to all apartments ongoing, followed by cleaning & inspection

  • Lift commissioning continues

  • Paving to terraces

  • Landscaping to perimeter

Block B

  • Preparation of generator room for plant delivery

  • Pre-decoration snagging, 1st & 2nd floor

  • Kitchens & tiling, 3rd floor

  • Plastering 4th & 5th floor apartments

  • Doors & skirting, 6th floor

  • Curtain walling installation to atrium

  • Scaffold strike to perimeter

  • Hoist removal now w/c 9 June

Block C

  • Durasteel installation to plant room

  • Corridor ceilings

  • Tiling to bathrooms & kitchens

  • Electrical 2nd fix various apartments

  • Final decorations to various apartments

Otto Close

  • Brickwork snagging & rear elevation roof - houses 1-4

  • Zinc dormas, roof tiling to complete - houses 5-7

  • Zinc dormas, roof tiling – houses 8-11

Pitch

  • Demolition works begin Monday 2 June: Saw cut for separation cut to roof slab followed by demolition of slab & columns

  • No works to pitch on Saturday
