Cleaning & inspection of ground and first floor apartments
Finishing to 3rd floor apartments – lino, mastic and builders clean & protection removal
Snagging & finals to all apartments ongoing
Painting corridor ceilings
Lift commissioning continues
Paving to terraces

Block B

Sprinkler installation, 1st & 5th floor
Pre decoration snagging, 1st floor
Kitchens & tiling, 2nd floor
Electrical & mechanical 2nd fix
Doors & skirting, 5th floor
Plastering & mist coat 6th floor apartments
Corridor ceiling grids
Curtain walling delivery
Scaffold strike to perimeter
Hoist removal, Wednesday 28 May

Block C

Durasteel installation to plant room
Corridor ceiling boarding, lower ground floor
Pre-decoration snagging, first floor
Tiling to bathrooms & kitchens
Kitchen installations, various apartments
Electrical 2nd fix, 3rd floor
