Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Tuesday 27 May 2025 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Tuesday 27 – Friday 30 May; Saturday 31 May (08.00 – 13.00)

(Site closed on Bank Holiday Monday 26 May)

Block A

  • Cleaning & inspection of ground and first floor apartments

  • Finishing to 3rd floor apartments – lino, mastic and builders clean & protection removal

  • Snagging & finals to all apartments ongoing

  • Painting corridor ceilings

  • Lift commissioning continues

  • Paving to terraces

Block B

  • Sprinkler installation, 1st & 5th floor

  • Pre decoration snagging, 1st floor

  • Kitchens & tiling, 2nd floor

  • Electrical & mechanical 2nd fix

  • Doors & skirting, 5th floor

  • Plastering & mist coat 6th floor apartments

  • Corridor ceiling grids

  • Curtain walling delivery

  • Scaffold strike to perimeter

  • Hoist removal, Wednesday 28 May

Block C

  • Durasteel installation to plant room

    Corridor ceiling boarding, lower ground floor

    Pre-decoration snagging, first floor

    Tiling to bathrooms & kitchens

    Kitchen installations, various apartments

    Electrical 2nd fix, 3rd floor

    Final decorations to various apartments

Otto Close

  • Scaffold strike, top lift, drylining - houses 1-4

  • Zinc dormas, roof tiling, internal drylining - houses 5-7

  • Zinc dormas, roof tiling – houses 8-11

Pitch

  • Relocation of monitor (dust, noise & vibration) – Tuesday 27 May

  • Demolition works begin (from Tuesday, no works to pitch on Saturday)
