Block A

Cable tray install to roof
Boarding of staircore door and lift reveal, all floors
Live electrical testing, 3rd floor apartments
Latex & lino floors, 3rd floor
Kitchen & bathroom tiling to remaining apartments on 2nd & 3rd floor
Snagging & finals to all apartments ongoing
Lift commissioning continues
Paving to terraces

Block B

Electrical first fix, ground floor
Sprinkler installation, ground floor
Doors & skirting, 5th floor
Plastering & mist coat 6th floor apartments
Corridor ceiling grids
Tiling to 7th floor roof
Scaffold strike to perimeter

Block C

Cabling to lower ground floor
Pre-decoration snagging, first floor
Tiling to bathrooms & kitchens
Kitchen installations, various apartments
Wall & ceiling closures, 3rd floor
Electrical 2nd fix, 3rd floor
Final decorations to various apartments

Otto Close

Zinc to rear dormas, low level roof work, temporary waterproofing, first fix mechanical & electrical internals - houses 1-4
Zinc to rear dormas, roof tiling, internal drylining, bay window protection, houses 5-7
Felt & batton to roofs, completing internal staircases, houses 8-11
