Block A

Ductwork measure to roof
Boarding of staircore door and lift reveal, all floors
Live electrical testing, 2nd floor apartments
Latex & lino floors, 3rd floor
Kitchen & bathroom tiling to remaining apartments on 2nd & 3rd floor
Snagging & finals to all apartments ongoing
Lift commissioning continues
Landscaping works to perimeter

Block B

Doors & skirting, 4th floor
Plastering & mist coat 5th floor apartments
Electrical 2nd fix to 5th floor
Walls & ceiling closures, 6th floor
Tiling to 7th floor roof
Scaffold strike from 4th floor roof

Block C

Balcony installations, Monday & Tuesday
Final decorations to various apartments
Tiling to bathrooms & kitchens
Kitchen installations, various apartments
Wall & ceiling closures, 2nd & 3rd floor
Electrical 2nd fix, 3rd floor

Otto Close

Roof tiling; windows to front elevation dormas, houses 1-4
Zinc & window installation & roof tiling, houses 5-7
Completing dormas to rear elevation, 1st floor windows, houses 8-11
Installation of temporary footpath
Soft start to ballcourt works – stripping out of internals and Heras fencing to perimeter
