Notes/Future works
Please note that works are scheduled to commence on the ball court area from the week commencing 12 May. This will involve the demolition and reconstruction of the space to create usable under croft car parking and a new play surface for residents. The works are expected to take approximately three months to complete.
During the demolition phase, elevated noise levels are expected. Lovell will be engaging directly with nearby residents to discuss potential impacts and the measures in place to minimise disruption. The footpath by the pitch may be closed during these works, but a temporary footpath will be provided so that access is available at all times.
If you have any queries, please contact us on info@sydenhamhillproject.com
Best Wishes,
The Sydenham Hill Project Team
