Snagging to all apartments
Connection of door entry system
Lift commissioning ongoing
Tiling to main entrance area walls
Landscaping to perimeter

Block B

Decoration to various apartments, 2nd -3rd floor
Skirting, doors & floors, Ground & 1st floor
Kitchens & tiling, 4th - 6th floor
Plastering & painting corridors
Scaffold strike to perimeter continues

Block C

Finals & decorations to various apartments
Snagging – 1st floor
Bathrooms & kitchens - various apartments
Lift commissioning
Landscaping to front of entrance

Otto Close

Roofs & zinc, external snagging, ventilation installation, scaffold strike - houses 1-4
Roof tiling, internal dry-lining - houses 5-11

Pitch

Completion of demolition
External brickwork and installing padstones

Deliveries

No scaffold collection planned
There may be a plant (vehicle) collection this week in Otto Close – we will send notification if so.

Note/Future works

We are planning to lay the concrete floor planks on the pitch on Monday 14 July – Tuesday 15 July, which will mean some disruption to vehicles in Otto Close on those dates.
