Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place for the next week in connection with Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Tuesday 26 – Friday 29 August: Saturday 30 August (08.00 – 13.00) - No work on Bank holiday Monday.

Ductwork installation, internal walls, front doors - houses 1-7
Zinc to lower level flat roofs, mechanical & electrical first fix, snag rear elevation and strike scaffold - houses 8-11

Note/Future works

Concrete pumping on pitch: Wednesday 27 August. There will be concrete pump parked across Otto Close blocking access to the end of the Close for around 4 hours. Cars parked above this will be advised to move on Tuesday 26 August. Should there be a need for the emergency services, then arrangements will be made to allow them access.
Lovell offices and welfare cabins will be moved Saturday 23 August. This is targeted to complete by 4pm on Saturday although may run into Sunday if there are any delays with the crane and collection vehicles. The welfare is being moved to the area by gate 1 and the move is not expected to cause any disruption to residents. A plan is attached of the existing and new locations and environmental health has been advised of the extended hours.
