Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place for the next week in connection with Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Monday 1 - Friday 5 September; Saturday 6 September (08.00 – 13.00)

Commissioning of mechanical & electrical systems in apartments

Decoration in common areas
Tiling in entrance area
Removal of temporary lights & power
Floors – 5th & 6th floor apartments & corridors
Decoration & finals to various apartments
Snagging of apartments, roof & brickwork
Generator commissioning
Block C
Decoration, finals & snagging - apartments & corridors
Landscaping
Landscaping to Gate 2 area
Breaking up & removal of concrete by old welfare cabins location
Otto Close Houses
Ductwork installation, internal walls, front doors - houses 1-7
Mechanical & electrical first fix, snag rear elevation and strike scaffold - houses 8-11

Future works
The tower crane is due to be dismantled and taken away on the weekend of 13th/14th September. We aim to complete this on the Saturday; this will be a full day. If there are any delays in transport/weather conditions the works will run into Sunday. A road closure on Sydenham Hill will be in place.
The footpath from Sydenham Hill to Otto Close will need to be closed on Monday 15 September for 2-3 weeks. We will share further information with a plan and diversion route next week.
Save the Date:
We have rearranged the resident tours of Bean Tree Court to Thursday 25 September, between 4-6pm. Further details on how to book will be send around in the next few weeks.
