Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place for the next week in connection with Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Monday 8 - Friday 12 September; Saturday 13 September (08.00 – 13.00)
Bean Tree Court, Block A
Final snagging of apartments & corridors
Commissioning of mechanical & electrical systems in apartments & common areas
Installation of cycle racks
Block B
Decoration snagging in common areas
Tiling in entrance area
Floors – 5th & 6th floor apartments & corridors
Decoration & finals to various apartments
Snagging of apartments, roof & brickwork
Generator commissioning
Installation of cycle racks
Block C
Decoration, finals & snagging - apartments & corridors
Installation of cycle racks
Landscaping
Landscaping to Gate 2 area
Removal of existing gate
Landscaping works to play area and externals of Block C
Closing the former site entrance from Monday 15 September landscaping works
Otto Close Houses
Internal plastering & plasterboard, front doors - houses 1-7
Mechanical & electrical first fix, strike scaffold from rear elevation - houses 8-11
Otto Close Pitch
Complete brickwork to entrance and clear site following completion of structural works
Deliveries
There will be 2 scaffold collections from Otto Close
Future works
The tower crane is due to be dismantled and taken away on the weekend of 13th/14th September. We aim to complete this on the Saturday; this will be a full day. If there are any delays in transport/weather conditions the works will run into Sunday. A road closure on Sydenham Hill will be in place.
The footpath from Sydenham Hill to Otto Close will be closed on Monday 15 September for 2-3 weeks for resurfacing works. The diversion route will be via Lammas Green.

We have rearranged the resident tours of Bean Tree Court to Thursday 25 September, between 4-6pm. Details on how to book will be sent next week.
