Note
The footpath from Sydenham Hill to Otto Close will be closed on Monday 15 September for 2-3 weeks for resurfacing works. The diversion route will be via Lammas Green.
The crane dismantle has been delayed to Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September due to the forecast winds this weekend. We aim to complete this on the Saturday; this will be a full day. If there are any delays in transport/weather conditions the works will run into Sunday. A road closure has been agreed with Lewisham for the weekend and signage is in place (this will be updated).
Some internal works at Bean Tree Court will take place on Saturday and Sunday outside of the general working hours: 8am-4pm (at the latest). These will be internal quiet works only (decoration and plastering to walls).
