Please find below an update on the activities that are scheduled to take place in connection with Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Update on works:
Landscaping works are ongoing, depending on weather conditions. We hope to have these completed prior to Christmas.
The pathway between Lammas Green & Otto Close will re-open before Christmas.
Otto Close houses – internals & externals works are ongoing. The streetlights have been installed. We anticipate all works being completed by 19 January 2026.
Pitch: Surfacing and fencing installation is underway. Painting will take place in the New Year, weather permitting – anticipated handover date: 19 January 2026.
Bus stop relocation:
The bus stop and bus stand are now in their correct positions, but the road marking still needs to be completed. We have heard from Lewisham that FM Conways will carry out these works in w/c 12 January.
Site closure over Christmas period
Lovell will stop work for Christmas at the end of the day on Tuesday 23 December and re-open on Monday 5 January 2026. There will be 24/7 Security during this period.
