Please find below an update on the activities that are scheduled to take place in connection with Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Update on works

Landscaping works are ongoing, depending on weather conditions.
The pathway between Lammas Green & Otto Close has reopened.
Otto Close houses – internals & externals works are ongoing.
Pitch: Fencing installation is underway, posts to be cut and panels adjusted.
Next week – commencement of staircase installation to the pitch, to be followed by kerbs and paving to the road (Otto Close).

We had previously advised an anticipated completion date of 19 January 2026 for the remaining works, but unfortunately we now don’t anticipate works finishing this month. We will let you know when we have a more accurate timeline for completion and handover.

Bus stop relocation:

Lewisham Highways have advised that Conways will carry out the road marking on Sydenham Hill next week on Monday 12 January.
