Please be advised that resurfacing works to the road and pavement at Otto Close are scheduled to take place in the coming weeks as we are nearing completion.
Please see diagrams attached that show the scope, layout and timing of the works.
Key information:
The road will not be fully closed, however there will be temporary traffic restrictions in place while works are ongoing.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
Dimitru will be on hand throughout the works to assist with any access requirements or deliveries you may have.
Due to health and safety concerns, pedestrians will not be permitted to walk in front of the pitch/ball court during this period.
Pedestrian access will instead be diverted via other footpaths, with appropriate signage in place – see plan of alternate routes. Temporary lights will be installed by the footpath on Otto Close green.
We anticipate works finishing w/c 2 February 2026 with the roadworks finishing on Monday 2 February to be followed by line markings, final soft landscaping and clear from site by Friday 6 February.
