Please find below an update on the activities that are scheduled to take place in connection with Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Current works
The following activities are expected to be completed by Friday 13 February:
Completion of road and pavement works on Otto Close
Completion of the pitch/ballcourt, including removal of remaining materials
Final soft landscaping across the estate
Looking ahead
During the weeks commencing 16 February and 23 February there will be low levels of activity, with Lovell completing final finishing touches. These will include:
Snagging works to Otto Close houses, road surfaces and the pitch area
Final inspections and quality checks
Key milestone
The handover of Bean Tree Court from Lovell to the City of London is scheduled for Monday 16 February.
