We are pleased to confirm that the redevelopment works are now reaching their conclusion. Final handovers and site clearance will take place next week, with new residents due to move in shortly afterwards.

The remaining works next week will focus on completing final tasks and clearing the site:
Otto Close houses – handover, Monday 2 March
Handover of external areas
Clearance of the ballcourt undercroft
Collection of skips, Monday 2 March
Final landscaping works
Paving/bollards on Otto Close
All remaining materials to be removed from site by Thursday 5 March
Some Heras fencing may remain temporarily following the main clearance but will be removed afterwards.
