Notes
We have installed 3 monitoring stations on site to monitor vibrations, dust and noise during the demolition and construction period. The limits are set by HSE (Health & Safety Executive), and we will be immediately notified and works will stop if any limits are exceeded.
Our arboriculturist and ecologist have visited the site to assess the progress of the tree felling, safeguarding of the remaining trees, and installation of bat houses by our approved professional contractors
Hoarding works and tree protection zones are in place ahead of demolition to Mais House and will continue to be in place ahead of demolition to the garages in Otto Close
There is ongoing monitoring regarding pest control within our site boundary, a topic brought up by residents at our previous community liaison group meeting. No issues have been identified yet.
